I know this may sound cliche, but here it goes anyway.

Life is way too short for anybody to wake up in the morning with regrets of the past. Emotion such as vengeance, rage, or envy are dwarfed by the power of emotions brought upon by friendship and love. No matter how many times you have fallen, some of us more-so than others, there’s always room to stand up again. Life may not be fair, but what definitely isn’t fair is not giving yourself a chance, no matter how many chances you think you have given yourself already.

Sometimes you may even feel like you’re alone in this world and you’re the only one who experiences these feelings, but that’s not true. Everybody, and I mean everybody has experienced loss, regret, or sorrow. That’s what binds us together as the human race. No matter how many people there are in the world and no matter how impossible it is to meet everybody personally, we are all together through the feelings we experience.

What I’m trying to say just ties back to what I have already said. Life is way too short, even if you’re not feeling it yet. Whenever you feel angry or sad, whenever you feel betrayed or heartbroken, remember that there are billions of people out there that have experienced the same thing you have, and even more people if you go back far enough. None of us are really truly alone, and with that knowledge, wasting your life away to negative emotion seems absolutely meaningless and silly. None of us are alone. You are never alone.
